0260 (2)(a)(b) Storage room in the school age classroom was not locked (provider locked while conducting the MV) The outside storage cupboards on the playground are not locked making them accessible to children. 0260 (1)(a) The kitchen had cleaning bottles on the counter that are not out of reach of children, the kitchen door was left open, and the Director Crystal stated that they do not lock the kitchen and at the time of the visit the kitchen did not have any staff. (Provider moved them to a locking cabinet while licensor was on site.)
